William A. Berry of South Plainfield was charged with theft by failure to make essential disposition, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.

The victims, former New Jersey residents, have a multi-million-greenback wholesale distribution organization that specializes in holiday décor. The wholesaler is presently based in Charleston, South Carolina, Gramiccioni claimed. 

Berry was arrested on Tuesday with aid from the Englishtown Police Section, Gramiccioni claimed.
