CHICAGO, Sick. (WAND) — Operators of a Springfield restaurant had been arraigned on Thursday, soon after the Legal professional General’s workplace alleged they defrauded the condition out of a lot more than $100,000 in revenue tax revenue.
Attorney Typical Raoul charged Amanda Paz, 42, and Nicolas Paz, 40, both equally of Springfield, with theft of authorities resources in excess of $100,000, a Class X felony, and revenue tax evasion, a Course 1 felony. The Class X felony is punishable by up to six to 30 many years in prison.
